Charles University enters into inter-university agreements with foreign institutions, which are administered by the International Relations Office at Charles University.

Under these agreements, students can participate in the semester- or year-long exchange programmes. Some agreements also allow for research or teaching stays for faculty members. Detailed information, including a list of countries, specific partner universities, and application deadline - which are typically in October and April for the following academic year, can be found on the Charles University website.

Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (CU SPORT) is a participating faculty in some inter-university agreements. Students may apply to these universities through their admissions processes. Students are responsible for covering their own travel and living expenses, but they may apply for a scholarship during the spring or autumn rounds of the CU Mobility Fund programme.
