Lifelong Education Centre

The Center for Lifelong Learning provides comprehensive support, coordination, and development of the faculty’s activities in the field of lifelong learning. Its goal is to create the conditions for implementing educational programs, support their development and innovation, and ensure their professional and organizational quality in accordance with the strategic documents of the faculty and Charles University. A participant in lifelong learning is not considered a student under the Higher Education Act.

The Centre carries out and provides

coordinates and provides methodological guidance for the faculty’s activities in the area of lifelong learning and contributes to their long-term strategic development,

all technical, administrative, and managerial activities within the programs CLL,

the implementation and development of CLL programs across the entire faculty,

a range of educational programs (courses) for interested individuals from both professional and general audiences of various age groups and backgrounds,

cooperation with faculty departments and centers, relevant units of Charles University, and government agencies,

communication with partner organizations (sports associations and other organizations) as part of cooperation in the fields of education, science, research, and innovation related to the center’s activities and the faculty’s focus.
