The Academic Board of Charles Univesity, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport approves study programmes to be implemented at the faculty, discusses the faculty’s long-term plan for educational, scientific, research, and creative activities prepared in accordance with the university’s long-term plan, and carries out its authority in habilitation proceedings and in proceedings for appointment as professor to the extent stipulated by law. The Academic Board further discusses the members of the editorial boards of scientific and professional journals published by the faculty.
